Working as shift quality in-charge and responsible for verifying Process and Packaging shift activities. Handling Malt based zero alcohol carbonated beverage (NRB) and Hot filled fruit beverage (canning). Analyse, Approve and Release incoming raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods. Carrying out Physical, Chemical and Microbiological tests for RM/PM and FG. Microbiological tests for Plant Environment, Personal Hygiene Tests, CIP Validation. Training Operators regarding the changes happening in terms of process, compliance and requirements.
Make sure that produced food products are safe by monitoring and controlling the production process
from raw material intake to finished product. Involved in preparing SOP and documentation. Microbiological analysis of RM/PM, FG, Swab tests, Personal Hygiene, CIP rinse samples. Training Chemists and associates and ensuring consistent quality approach towards the process. Handled Pasteurized fruit beverage and fruit flavored carbonated beverages in PET Bottles.
Maintain and analyse quality of RM/PM/FG.
Taking care of CSD(PET&RGB), NCB(RGB), Packaged Drinking Water lines including WTP.
SCADA review of all CIP, Pasteurizer process.
Responsible for maintaining quality and efficiency of glass bottle washer.
Involved in new unit installation of addition of minerals (Ca, Mg) to Aquafina.
Responsible for implementation and maintenance of quality according of AIBI, QAS, FSSC, ISO, BIS and involvement in audits of the same.
Preperation of SOP and following HACCP throughout the process.
Completed PepsiCo University LMS - L1 Course successfully.
Looking after QA/QC, Production and Stores.
Analysing/Maintaining quality of RM/PM/FG.
Documentation and Quality follow ups during production.
Manage, Process online orders from 7 different sites.
Involved in NPD(Stevia Tea named Teavia and designing it's packaging material graphics.
