❖ ISO 17025 Documentation in NABL lab
❖ Prepare the monthly quality check
❖ Prepare calibration procedure as per standards
❖ Calibration of all kinds of Precision measuring Instrument and gauges
❖ Prepare the work instructions
❖ We can do interlab comparison
❖ Maintain the master equipment calibration files
❖ Customer supporting activities
❖ Calibration of all secondary master equipments
❖ Inspection of components and fixtures by using advanced metrology equipments (our main customers for ford, ashok leyland, catter piller, turbo energy ltd, Isro, Drdl, Hal)

❖ Worked in Coordinate measuring machine with reflex software
❖ Worked in CMM with PCDMIS Software
❖ Worked in Tesa Prester for (3 point bore micrometer calibration, large micrometer calibration, vernier calibration, Plunger dial, lever dial calibration.
❖ Worked in Tesa Scan (using for round Parts measuring system)
❖ Worked in Tesa Vision System with PCDMIS Software ( video measuring machine)
