Allocating work and supervising the team of associates - Initiation Process.
Allocating work to the data entry operators.
Having a periodic group discussion for helping other associate to balance the work-load.
Following-up with the Client Account Manager(CAM) regarding the work-load on daily basis.
Allocating the cases to the Verification Team members.
Consolidating the list of cases received on weekly basis - crosschecking the list with the respective Client Account Manager(CAM).
Keeping track of all new cases/orders received by the company.
