Have good experience to troubleshooting and Maintenance of Building Automation equipment.
•Ability to read interpret wiring diagram and floor plans.
•Testing & termination of Universal IO for the Controller of DDC Panel.
•Good Experienced handle with BMS Multi-Vendor Product operating software.
•Good knowledge in working principal and features of Sensors and Transducers for Pressure, Temperature, Humidity, Water flow Functions of Switching Relays and Contactors Timers
•Good knowledge and experience about the safety standards and procedures.
•Coordinating with multi vendors to sort-out the problems.
•Documents and Records file Maintain skill for PPM Checklist and Vendor renovation work.

Description of work in Facilities Management:
•Responsible and Maintenance activities for the IBMS System have worked with corporate and Hospital Facilities.
•Control & Monitor the Chiller, AHU’s, FCU, Exhaust Fans, LV panels, Battery Bank, UPS, IPS, Generators, Elevators, Water treatment plants, Steam Boilers, Medical Gas & all Pumps through BMS system using SCADA Software.
•Working Time schedule Configuration and Trend reports generating for HVAC System
•Maintenance and troubleshooting of Sensors valve Actuator, Dampers and Transducers.
•Maintaining accurate Temperature & Humidity as per the hospital standards
•Responsible and Maintaining all Security Systems Equipment such as CCTV, DVR, NVR, Fire Alarm system, Access Control system and PA System.
• IP Camera Features Configuration setup for Security Purpose according to Client require
•Responsible for the monitoring of fire detection alarm system GE Edward panel, such as smoke detector, heat detector, sprinkler, VESDA alarm system, Water Leak detection, Critical Gas (FM200, INNERGEN, NOVA) and emergency exit alarm systems.
•Maintain JCI standards & procedure for Hospital Facilities.
•Updating the maintenance activities to the Assist Manager.
•Preparing the Preventive maintenance schedule for all BMS System.
•Carry out the jobs under safety standards.
•Have experience with Help desk for attending calls and make work order for concern department.
•Maintaining all Asset inventory records & Job Preventive and Corrective action by the Asset Plus software system.
•Have Experience with fire drill testing and fire alarm testing every month for Policy of civil defense in the UAE

courses: Certified BMS Engineer – Completed Building Management System Course with practical training provided by the IPCS Automation. •Cisco Certified Network Associate – CCNA On Job Training: •Installation, Testing and Commissioning of GSM Equipment like Multiplexer, Microwave, BTS and E1Confuguration, training provided by the Siebenberg Technology Pvt, Ltd.
