ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT:
• Implemented ERM function in ADNOC Distribution by developing risk culture and risk awareness programs.
• Developed ERM Policy & Function in line with ISO 31000: 2018, COSO and training materials for different layers of organization.
• Conducted risk assessments and developed risk registers for about 19 divisions with mitigation strategies including Financial, Strategic, HSE and Operations.
• Quarterly reporting to Executive Leadership Team and ADNOC Corporate Team.

• Developed Strategic Business Impact Analysis document and complementing Strategic Risk Register.
• SBIA register was aimed at determining MBCO, RTO and risk rating with response strategies. The MBCO was determined in line with Organizational objectives and national commitment for priority products and services.
• Developed Operational and Functional Business Impact registers and related risks and response strategies.
• Core member of COVID-19 response team.
• Developed IT Disaster recovery document in line with Organizational objectives by identifying Mission Critical Systems, relevant RPOs, RTOs with risks and response strategies.
• Participated in testing of BCM documents and updated the same with lessons learnt from the outcome of the exercise.
The BCM documents were handed over to relevant HSE team for testing and validation.
• Support Local, Regional and International organic / inorganic investments and Mergers & Acquisitions. - Investment portfolio of over AED 2.5 Billion. - Sensitivity analysis on Financial Models, support in achieving targets objectives beyond hurdle rates.
• Enterprise Risk and Business Continuity Management - ISO 31000, COSO, NCEMA, NESA, ISO 27001 - Implemented the ERM & BCM function from scratch to currently reflect as risk mature organization. - This includes about 19 divisions and more than 300 different operational risks.
• Created Strategic, Operational, Functional Business Impact Analysis and business recovery plans to support Business Continuity.
• Operational Risk Control effectiveness, assurance and mitigations.
• Compliance and Fraud risk frameworks and risk identifications.
• Quarterly presentation of deliverables to Executive Leadership Team.
• ISO 9001 risk based thinking and inclusion of risk into Organization’s Polices & Procedures.
