I have been trained in the recruitment process like CV screening, helped my team for events planning, learnt basics such as filing, underwent training in cross cultural mangment especially Chinese culture such that could improvise the business, observed the company's objective, updated employees feed back and information in Excel.
I have observed the production process such as HTST process of milk, cream separator, butter making, ghee processing, curd processing and packaging unit .

I have done this via distance education and scored second class marks
