Prepare Mis - en - place, cook and service all food items for a la carte and or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards.
Handling Choieces Live Egg/Pasata/Grill/Stairfriy and Tandoor Naan/Roti Station .
Buffet setting and Refeeling Lunch and dinner.
Following FIFO and HACCP in daily operation
And, arrange the Chiller/Freezer and Dry Store and other duties
as assigned by CDP.
