Responsible for entering registration, resettlement and other relevant data mainly related to refugees, asylum seekers and persons of concern to UNHCR into progress (UNHCR's global registration database system)
Promote data standards by keeping track of all ICs status records by regularly and properly updating the database, and ensure that the IC files are in proper order in liaison with Filing Clerk
Assist in preparing statistics, drafting and compiling on regular basis and when requested, statistical reports on refugees, A/S and UNHCR persons of concern
Carry out tasks for production and distribution of reports, printing, scanning, photocopying etc
Provide the search of information required by the concern ed units and as requested by supervisor
Provide support to progress in the office and immediately report any technical problems or other irregularities to the Supervisor
Act as a photo capturing clerk while registering new born babies in the refugee camps, and other registration or data collection related tasks in the camp
Assist to the filling team in accomplishing physical file bar co-deing task during the implementation of electronic File tracking system & act as backup filling clerk
Possesses good knowledge about various resettlement procedures vis-à-vis proGres data entries
Assist in the development of forms for data collection and analysis, if requested
Participate and conduct mobile registration exercise on monthly basis by registering new born babies, recording deaths, marriages and further help in clarifying any registration related issues that arise while entering the registration monthly data shared by the Government of Nepal.
Proactively act as a field registration focal point for any registration related referrals made by various office units at UNHCR Sub-Office, Damak.
