• Receive service orders and dockets from etisalat and distribute to the technicians properly.
• Prepare daily site report for our Project Manager and etisalat.
• Daily manpower allocation for the site as per contract requirements.
• Verifying the technicians are keeping right time and giving excellent quality of work to the Customers.
• Ensuring satisfaction of the customers and technicians.
• Arrange the required materials and prepare trip resources for technicians.
• Keeping records up-to-date.
• Verifying employee’s attendance.
• Arranging passport, salary, final settlement etc. in coordination with HO.
• Coordinate between departments of etisalat.
• Prepare Daily site report for Project Director, HR Manager and Main contractor.
• Daily manpower allocation for the site as per contract requirements.
• Verifying employee’s attendance.
• Ensure the safety of site labourers.
• Arranging passport, Salary, final settlement etc. in coordination with HO.
