RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Manage and supervision of design drafting, coordination of M&E Services penetration drawings, riser detail drawings, onsite verification and check the installed items.
✓ Supervise sub contractor's works according to design, Specifications, drawings, codes & Regulations.
✓ Reviewing and management of all design documentation for M&E & Control system.
✓ To prepare method statement, shop drawings, installations / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
✓ Check all M&E Vos, verify M&E Progress Claim that submitted by subcontractors.
✓ Attend daily site coordination meeting and highlights site issues to Contractors and sub-contractors & Client.
✓ Prepare work schedule and follow up schedule to finish and monitoring M&E progress and submit monthly progress report to PM.
✓ Make sure M&E installation works are accordance with specified specification and consultant approved drawings.
✓ Manage for all submissions (shop drawings, Method Statement, Material Catalogues, COC, Light Spec, Sanitary wares, Material physical samples) to consultant, architect.
Manage and supervision of design drafting, coordination of M&E Services

✓ Coordination Meetings with Civil, Contractor and Client.
✓ Tendering and Estimation of M&E Works & review tender documents, scope of
works and specifications.
✓ Check M&E CCSD, solve the clashed of M&E services to meet with specified
ceiling height and architectural design intent. Highlight the head room clearance
issues, ceiling height issues to M&E Consultant, Architectural, Structural
Consultants in Meeting.
✓ Check all M&E Vos, verify M&E Progress Claim that submitted by
subcontractors.
✓ Pieck up quantities and take BQ based on shop drawings & Order materials
according to approved shop drawings.
✓ Submit weekly report (Daily Manpower, Work Activities), Fortnight schedule to
Project Manager and represent it in Client / Consultant meeting.
✓ Prepare work schedule and follow up schedule to finish and monitoring M&E
progress and submit monthly progress report to PM.
✓ Monitoring of project materials order record and wastage.
✓ Manage for all submissions (shop drawings, Method Statement, Material
Catalogues, COC, Light Spec, Sanitary wares, Material physical samples) to
consultant, architect.
✓ Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers,
project managers and site engineers when necessary.
✓ Review of Design Drawings and Study of Construction Drawings and preparation
for works.
Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and including liaise with
Clients, Sub Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers, and other stakeholders if
require.
✓ Co-ordinates the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects and
ensures expenses within budget.
✓ Track of any variations for ongoing projects that may affect costs.
✓ Responsible for the Valuation of progress monthly payments, claims, and final
account settlement with Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
✓ Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
✓ Attends to all contract administration matters and maintains proper
documentation of the project.
✓ Prepare VO for depending on site instructions, Check with project department
to prepare VO & SI and Design & Draw Shop Drawings & CSD.
Overseeing the building facility as well as performing general repairs and
maintenance tasks.
✓ Monitoring M&E systems and maintaining the inventory supplies.
✓ Assist Facilities Manager in liaising with client on all M&E works.
✓ To ensure the maintenance programs and rectification jobs are manage by a
team of technical officers and technicians efficiently.
✓ Conduct regular inspection of existing M&E system to ensure that all
maintenance programmers are implemented effectively in strict compliance
with instructions and guidelines.
✓ To ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety
procedures.
✓ Prepare technical reports and proposals on break downs.
✓ Preparing and maintaining accurate records of building maintenance works.
Developing plans to ensure safe environment of building facility.
✓ Site inspection for hand-over the building from Main- Contractor. Daily Chiller
logging and daily reports to Manager what happen in office and solve problems.
Maintenance for Air Conditioning DX Units and VRV Systems.
✓ Handle-up the supervision-scope Tenant Units Maintenance of DX Systems and
VRV Systems.
✓ To manage and check personal protective equipment (PPE) for labors.
