QisstPay is Pakistan's fastest-growing FinTech and BNPL solution focusing on providing shoppers a better purchasing experience! In this role, I am managing all of the software development teams for the company, including architecture design for our platform.
My responsibilities include
• Ensure the team is consistently delivering working software to expected standards.
• Development and maintenance of QisstPay's standards for software development, testing, release management, and reviews.
• Supporting team members to achieve their performance and development goals.
• Ensure the team is collaborating closely with cross-functional teams consisting of designers, product managers, engineers, and QA in an agile, fast-paced environment.
I was responsible for building digital payment solutions enabling people to transfer money to their loved ones in seconds.
Responsible for the successful launch to market of the solutions.
Coordinate all required activity to release to market new versions of our products/services.
- Drive education/execution of product launches and effective product release processes
- Help produce documentation that helps Customer Support and Marketing teams
- Value proposition: create/communicate about messaging, positioning, key benefits.
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Ambassador and spokesperson for the solution internally and externally
- Market Readiness: product positioning, go-to-market
- Develop the Product Marketing role and manage the whole product & service portfolio
