Responsibilities:
• Coordinated and supervised fit out projects of small and medium- scale buildings, including build out and quality
• Effective scheduling as of planning and arranging activities to be completed in time and with project expectation through MS project and Microsoft Excel.
• Liaising with the procurement department on a regular basis to expedite projects

Responsibilities:
• Managing site activities and scheduling of works while supervising and managing subcontractors work onsite
• Managing deep utilities works such as sewerage and storm water, from the material, manpower, machineries needed onsite to finish the works as per schedule while maintaining high quality ready for inspections
• Managing piling works, coordinating which material are required to achieve the work by calculating the quantity of steel and concrete and all other material needed to finish piling works
• Managing machineries on Site work ( 3 crawler cranes, 2 mobile cranes, 3 Rig machines, 7 Excavators, 8 six wheels, 2 shovels...)
• Monitoring and overseeing surveys to use the beat factor of safety to minimize the quantity of concrete required
• Calculating all materials necessary to achieve the assigned works with the minimum amount of wastage and full productivity
• Supersizing earth works essential by providing the surveyor with the exact levels necessary for the work
• Conducting all the tests required for the works such as FDT, sonic test, concrete integrity test and static load test
• Preparing daily and weekly reports for all the works done on site
• Ensuring Health Safety and Environmental Legislation and
company procedures are always followed onsite
• Attending weekly progress meetings both internally as well as with
clients, arranging the minutes of meeting.

Responsibilities:
● Managing the construction project site and 15+ subcontractors by overseeing building work, undertaking surveys and ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales
● Leading two sites engineers while being time and cost effective
● Handling finishing works such as blocks, waterproofing, plaster, tiling and painting
● Ensured work quality and delivered defect/snag free
● Prepared monthly consumption reports such as material and manpower and daily progress reports by using material optimization techniques; encouraged construction site staff to reduce the wastage of materials on the field by explaining cost benefits which were helpful in finding the monthly turnover
● Providing technical advice and solving problems onsite in addition to preparing site reports and allocation sheets
