• Lead a PMO team in executing our contracted program management services and assure compliance with the company strategies.
• Define the PMO strategy and lead the design and implementation of a common methodology, standards and tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects within the program.
• Lead the execution of a PMO governance, reporting and review framework to provide a holistic view of all organizational program activity.
• Oversees project implementation, budget and administrative oversight, reporting, and monitoring & evaluation of the programs and projects.
• Manage all of the functions of the PMO; Governance, Commercial, Procurement, Reporting, Schedule, Cost, Risk, Change, QHSE, Stakeholders, Construction and Design.
• Manage interdependencies and coordination across projects within the program to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated.
• Define governance strategies and organizational policies to enable the strategic coordination of multiple projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of projects.
• Foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with project leaders and senior stakeholders, assess cross-functional project team capability, provide coaching, training and support to enhance the project/ program management capability, and improve collaborative development and project results.
• Contribute to the execution of organization strategies and operations.
• Develop organizational breakdown structures and human resourcing requirements including formal routes of reporting and internal team development appraisals.
• Manage the fee commission on behalf of the business including fulfilling technical and scope obligations of the consultancy contract.
• Effective management of internal job costing in relation to the fee and of resource requirements.
• Identifying new and innovative project management approaches and tools and embed these in the behavior and day to day activities of the organization’s operations.
• Other duties assigned by Higher Management.

• Establishes and manages the projects controls teams assigned to projects, including budget/cost estimating, scheduling, document control, and claims analysis functions.

• Assist in the creation, edits, and publication of guidelines, manuals, and documents for use by project staff including but not limited to Project Execution Plans, Project Controls Manuals, and Monthly Project Progress Reports.
• Assesses the impact(s) of design/construction changes and schedule slippages and assists project staff in developing work-around and schedule recovery plans.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports in a timely manner for the client and projects managements to monitor progress, assist with billings and provide overall project status updates.
• Identifies trends and deviations and recommends corrective courses of action. Recommends solutions or recovery plans for schedule/cost impacts or delays. Communicates to project management the root causes of variances based on relevant analyses.
• Provides guidance and oversight to project scheduling efforts including the preparation and analysis of schedule baseline, progress schedules, specialty schedules, schedule analysis and project progress reporting. Assists in or directs the preparation of specialty schedules, project labor forecasts, and cash flows.
• Develops and maintains relevant project controls procedures and work instructions for the division.
• Oversees development and maintenance of an automated system that allows for the efficient capturing, storing, retrieval, and reporting of technical and business information including cost and schedule status.

• Identify and measure KPI’s for Department and use the results to set corrective measures to optimize performance. This includes assessment of the team periodically to ensure that all employees are effective, competitive, and motivated. This will assess training and improvement requirements for department’s employees in order to improve performance which lead to work quality improvement.

• Reporting and communication with other functions, projects stakeholders, and CEO. This includes daily, weekly, monthly reports, communications and meetings.
