• Preparing Monthly Profit, Interest, and Principal Base Loaning Sheets.
• Preparing and Arranging Joint Pari-Passu Agreements with Banks
• Prepare the company's Cash Flow Sheets and manage cash flows according to requirements
• Preparing the Variance and Management Reports according to requirements
• Managing and dealing to open the Letter of credit, letter of guarantee, etc.
• Preparing the Monthly Stock Report and Supporting in the monthly closing of Accounts
• Arranging the Dividend to Shareholders, Foreign payments to Suppliers
• Coordinating with Internal & External Auditors
• Responsible for tracking, maintaining, and overseeing the daily movement of money in and out of a business' banking accounts.
• Assist in the documentation ofthe finance processes
