JOB DESCRIPTION
• Monitoring of field activities on regular basis
• Arrange farmers meeting
• Arrange field day for the farmers
• Prepare plan for the up coming activities with Field assistant and Agriculture Officer
• Arrange Training for the farmers
• Personal meeting with Farmers to solve their problems in the field and improve their production.
• Deliver lecture to the farmers about IPM of fruits, vegetables and crops.
• Preparation of Data after the successful meeting with farmers and sent to the main office.
