-Temperature Zone in Kiln And Chemical Reaction in Kiln

Firstly I was Given An Opportunity to show my Talent in Field for 2 months.I Started Working As A Process engineer .Bullah Shah Packages is A Paper industry i works in this duration on Following Plants.
1)Occ Plant(production of brown bulp by recycling the waste material)
2)CTMP (Chemical Thermo Mechanical Pulp, in this plant brown pulp is produced my responsibility to control the process And Troublshooting)
3)Paper Making Machine(to Produce Different types of paper Such As Copyrite)
4)Board Making Machine(To Produce Tetra, bleaching boad etc and use of different types of chemicals)
Coating(Coating of Paper By Using Different Chemicals)
ETP(Effluent treatment plant recovery of diffrent chemicals)
Health And Safety (to prevent hazards and incidents i worked on 5S scheme an IOSha Rules.
