• Lead Market surveyors and quantity surveyors team in the Estimation, Costing and Designing work.
• Preparation of bidding documents and Tenders and strong hold on FIDIC.
• Establishing materials specification and quality usage in the Mega Projects.
• Making of cost effective plans and strategies.
• Preparation of risk analysis and documentation of the Projects.

• Construction Project management of High Rise buildings projects, Designing, Estimation and Construction.
• Oil and gas Projects, Installation, Designing, Estimation, Pipe Line designing, routing, material selection, Stress calculations and material procurement.
• Power Plants installation, working, services of power plants and Maintenance of plant.
• Comprehensive Designing of the Projects and mastered in all technicalities involved in deigning.
• Complete Costing, Estimation, BOQ calculation and Budgeting of the Project.
• Prepare bidding documents, command on FIDIC and PEC bidding criteria.
• Designing of Civil Structures, Mechanical Installations and electrical designing.
• Overall managing the Civil, Electrical and mechanical activities in Projects.
• Project Management, supervision and training the project execution teams and scheduling the Project alacrity and completion.
• Production Planning and techniques and production management.
• Financial project management and Bidding evaluation.
• Production and installation of Pre-fabricated Houses, Mechanical Structures and Shelters of prefabricated type.
• Material management and proper purchasing and indenting.
• Lead Maintenance and shut down at Plant.
• HVAC system designing and installation.
• Prepares Quality assurance procedures and apply on all the aspect of Project.
• Verifies Project documentation and invoices for the Projects.

• Technical services for the purchase of the spare parts from vendors evaluation and technical quality check for the parts to be purchased.
• Evaluates and coaches other sales teams to grow the Sales market and increases customers’ satisfaction.
• Meetings with Clients for orders of requirement and technical assistant.
• Develops and implements sales plan for targeted penetration of market.
• Create and carry out action plans for increased market share and profitability.
• Reviewing sales figures, costs and stock monthly to ensure budget benchmarks are met.
• Track, monitor and evaluate sales data for ensuring satisfaction of sales objectives.
