RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Supervisor

• Overseeing stock control and processing orders.
• Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives are met.
• Delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from the operations’ headquarters.
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements.
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• To work with the Health and Safety Manager & Warehouse Manager to ensure safe working environment for staff.
• To ensure warehouse housekeeping is to a high standard and that the warehouse is well organized to aid operations.
• To manage staff in the absence of Warehouse Manager & to ensure high standards of supervision & customer service.
• To assist in setting & maintaining rotas to ensure that the warehouse & associated activities are adequately and appropriately staffed.
• To work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that security procedures are understood & implemented by staff.
• To organize & plan own workload, in consultation with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that all deadlines are met.
• To undertake any other reasonable tasks as may be requested from time to time.

RM PLANNER

• Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
• Ensure the entries into the RMA database of returned material.
• Process product returns and Conduct product failure analysis.
• Decide on disposition of material received - i.e. repair in house, return to vendor, validating warranty claims (subject to review of Manager).
• Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers, in accordance with the Customer Support RMA Team's objectives.
• Provide feedback on vendor problems to the Materials and Engineering departments.
• Interface with Customers, internal and external.
• Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service / Technical Support, Quality and Engineering as required

RM/PM & FG’s Warehouse Opertaions:
• Inventory management of all incoming and outgoing Raw Materials and Packaging Materials stocks at factory Warehouse.
• Regularly monitoring and circulate the daily opening and receiving of RM/PM.
• Monitoring and circulation of Danger Level RM/PM in terms of stock.
• Communication and coordination with material planner and purchase department regarding stock.

• Overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
• Preparing daily dispatch & stock report.
• Receiving Dispatch Orders.
• Scheduling the drivers & organizing the daily dispatch of finished goods .
• Loading & unloading of materials.

Dispatch of Goods:
• Supervise daily operations of the dispatch department
• Ensure productivity and quality goals are met
• Coordinate with the sales and production department
• Prepare quota calendar working closely with the sales department
• Resolve issues relating to dispatch, service orders and customer service
• Oversee processing of all paperwork and billing backlog
• Verify purchase orders and submit copy of dispatch to the account department
• Brief employees on safety issues and ensure enforcement of company policies and procedures
• Give instructions to drivers and track vehicles and container placement
• Coordinated schedules and monitored staff performance

Ensured Safety And TPM At Warehouse

Managed Warehouse operation with full compliance to Company Safety Policy to maintain Zero” accident. Maintained high safety standard for all the people, store & warehouse. Managed all TPM activity.

JOB ACCOMPLISHMENTS

1) Increased Efficiency
Developed cost-effective transportation rates while reducing overhead, total inventory, and overall cost-per-order processing. Improved company’s warehouse operations, including processes, layout, and flow, by working closely with their transportation provider.

2) Improved Customer Service

Fulfilled operations’ inbound and outbound transportation to deliver marketing’s promise to the customer to get the shipment delivered on time and in good condition also inbound logistics systems and vendor compliance in place was my first priority.

3) Increased Sales

With the direct promotions and advertised product maintained on-time and in-stock position furthermore with the availability of reliable source of merchandise, ended up losing sales and customers, got the product quickly and safely into the logistics pipeline, appllied safety to the product and made it possible to avoid damage from inbound transportation so that the reduction of product availability could be controlled.

4) Improved Relationships

Executed two-way collaboration between retailer and carrier. Remained involved with the total cost, time in transit, and responsiveness of the carrier representative.
