Build market position from previous work experience as Business Development Manager. Implement strategies that would enhance business opportunities. Exploiting new ventures and fields to expand client portfolio for workshop and rental divisions.
• Implement marketing strategies by creating potential client list of 1000 business in United Arab Emirates and offering them services by contacting them through e-mail and phone. Thus actively and successfully managing the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team.
• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule, monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control methods.
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective by working out the cost of human and material resources needed. Drafting a timescale for the job, estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed and being responsible for the maintenance of equipment;
• Reviewing worker performance, identifying training needs, motivate workers and sub-ordinates.
• Contract negotiation in regards to pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, vendor registration with clients and vendors for workshop and rental services.
• Managing a staff of fifty workers which include Accountants, Purchasers, Sales Staff, Mechanics, Fitters, Machinist, Electricians, Welders, Trade Assistants and Drivers.

Handling weekly reports on progress of work. Coordination of daily works with other departments.
Ensuring Physical stock and System stock is accurate. Ensuring measures are in place to minimize damage of goods and that the procedure for transferring stocks in the system from active to defective stock system is followed.
