Key Responsibilities:

 Evaluate Franchise performance on Monthly/quarterly basis 
Provide job coaching, training and supervision to the Franchisee and staff 
Ensure channel productivity, PJPs, route, stock cover at Franchise and SKU availability 
Ensure monthly sales targets achievement  Regularly monitor sales and distribution KPIs  Permanent and temporary POS monitoring 
Provide support for BTL activities in assigned areas
Forecast sales for Gross Adds, Recharge & MFS for effective sales planning 
Assist Area Manager in preparing monthly sales targets
Resolve retailers’ complaints. 
Develop and reactivate new outlets 
Identification of untapped area to enhance coverage Maintain Industry linkages to streamline corporate strategies 
Create brand image and visibility to increase sales opportunities 
Ensure effective implementation of company polices and SOP.
