Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate Franchise performance on Monthly/quarterly basis
Provide job coaching, training and supervision to the Franchisee and staff
Ensure channel productivity, PJPs, route, stock cover at Franchise and SKU availability
Ensure monthly sales targets achievement Regularly monitor sales and distribution KPIs Permanent and temporary POS monitoring
Provide support for BTL activities in assigned areas
Forecast sales for Gross Adds, Recharge & MFS for effective sales planning
Assist Area Manager in preparing monthly sales targets
Resolve retailers’ complaints.
Develop and reactivate new outlets
Identification of untapped area to enhance coverage Maintain Industry linkages to streamline corporate strategies
Create brand image and visibility to increase sales opportunities
Ensure effective implementation of company polices and SOP.
• Development of different alternate channel with accordance to company strategy
• Managing Ecats and ensuring the availability of stock, visibility and their target achievements.
• Ensure the effective communication of different promos at Ecats
• Boosting P2P transactions of Timepey
• Managing the different on campus activities to extend organization relation
• Creating campus E-cats and to insure the stock availability as well as their branding.
• Ensure the product knowledge at Ecats and other mediums of alternate channel
• Ensure the Mobile service management and their target achievement
• To ensure the training and development of DSOs time to time and their targets achievement
•To boost up the SIM sales of the assigned franchisee.
•To boost up the recharge (Scratch Cards & E-Top up) sales of the assigned franchisee.
•Ensure to gain complete product knowledge.
•To gather Market Intelligence information on regular basis.
•To ensure availability & visibility of the product on all active retail outlets in the region.
•To continuously increase the active number of retail outlets in the region.
•Controlling & monitoring the distribution of the products and work maximizes recharge sales in the assigned territory.
•To ensure that the franchise staff is trained on Product knowledge, Systems, Routines & Procedures and soft skills.
MS degree
