A retail, distribution and marketing of medium to high-end brands in the beauty and fashion sectors, with a number of operational concept retail outlets (Police, Time Art & The Organic Pharmacy) & KIOSKS to mainly market sunglasses watches, accessories, a range of beauty product line & fragrances at major business centers in UAE.  Planning and selecting a range of products to sell in retail outlets and making purchase decisions considering customer demand, market trends and financial budgets including price, quality and availability of the products.
 Source new merchandise and review existing product line to ensure products remain competitive.
 Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends.
 Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels & reacting to changes in demand and logistics and managing plans for stock levels at multiple locations.
 Meeting suppliers and negotiating terms of contracts maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future brands.
 Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed in time.
 Attending trade fairs to select and assemble a new collection of products.
 Writing reports and forecasting sales levels & presenting new ranges to senior management.
 Liaising with shop personnel to ensure supply meets demand & getting feedback from customers, training and mentoring junior staff.

In-charge of the database of over 280 luxury brands spanning 45 luxury retail outlets & associated warehouses across UAE. My primary functions were stock-takes, inventory management, variance analysis of physical stocks with system stocks, implementation of inventory management systems, reporting on inventory status, regularization of internal stock transfers, etc. ensuring that the accuracies of classification, description and prices of products are accurate at all times.

The brands I handled includes PAUL SMITH, LACOSTE, KENZO, BERLUTI, CELINE, CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN, D’SQUARED, GEOX, HACKETT, TARTINE & CHOCOLAT, KATAKEET, MARC BY MARC JACOBS, LONGCHAMP, MICHAEL KORS, TORY BURCH, SONIA RYKIEL, SCARPE & CAROLINA HERRERA at various locations in U.A.E.

Lead stock taking programs across multiple inventory locations.
Reconcile physical stock with system (ERP platform) stock and analyze variance, if any.

Inspect stocks periodically and randomly at different warehouses/retail outlets to ensure that stocks are well maintained at any given time in line with inventory management guidelines.

Monitor inventory transfers and regularize shortages arising from internal transfers, by processing duly approved inventory adjustments.

Perform other stock related tasks as required from time to time.
Conduct training for retail staff on inventory management & stock taking procedures as per company’s policies & procedures.
Generate management reports on

Inventory valuation for all brands across individual warehouses.
