Job Objective Summary
*- Devise, design, establish and develop functional, viable and efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs’) for Procurement (leading to Supply Chain), Import, Inventory Management, and Warehouse management, Logistics Rules and regulations including Supply Chain management to catering the needs and requirements of the organization that transforms, envisages and Compact the various components into Single, skilled and professional Department.

*- Introduce M.I.S reporting System in the organization that could impart and enhance the analytical skills of middle management and keep abreast the higher management of the operations and performance of the Department within the organization.

*- Devise and establish a system of coordination of inter-organizational network in order to bring various components of Supply Chain (Procurement & Warehouse) into a streamline cooperative & Competent network of sharing information and data with fast flow pace to enhance the capability & efficiency of the operational and functional operations of the departments within the organization.

*- Responsible for Managing and execution of daily Procurement & Warehouse operational activities& transactions (in accordance with given BOQs) regarding MRFs, RFQs, CSL, POs Negotiations, Meetings, Visits& & dealings with Vendors & Suppliers.

*- Managing and planning complete operations regarding Procurement containing purchase requirements, Scheduling & forecasting and shipping arrangements of Materials, price & cost comparisons, evaluations and analysis (In accordance with BOQ), purchase order, comparative statements, enquiries, negotiations and dealings with suppliers, Vendors’ Evaluations & Management.

*- Reconciliation of Purchases with Stock and Inventory and Evaluation of Inventory stock on monthly and annual basis. Finalization of Annual Stock Inventory evaluation and reconciliation Reports.

Brief Job Description
-Monitoring, Management & Supervision of Purchase Orders and L/Cs’ for International Import Orders, Performa Invoice and order processing with supplier, L/Cs’, Bank Contracts and TT documents, Insurance covers and polices for shipments. Corresponded with clients and principal.

-Corresponded with International supplier for price negotiations and shipment process & documentation etc. Follow-up with clearing & forwarding agents for shipment from material loading till arrival of shipment at the warehouse.

-Dealing with Customs, Shipping lines, freight forwarders, clearing agents, documentation departments.

-Costing and evaluation of raw material and finished products plus reconciliation of imports with inventory stock. Coordination with sales, production and technical departments for import scheduling regarding requirements and demands of Raw Materials.

-Evaluation of Cost & Sales Vs Margin Analysis. Vendors’ Evaluation Reports

-Responsible for management & arrangement of Purchase requisitions, Purchase Orders, Performa Invoices, Quotations, Amendments, Debit Notes, etc. Follow-up for deliveries of Local Material direct & indirect (Raw Material, Packing Material) Invoices, bills, and payments.

-Part of the production planning team to evaluate the demand of current and launching new products in the market. To ensure the availability of products in stock and on time delivery.

-Reconciliation of Purchases with Stock and Inventory and Evaluation of Inventory stock on monthly and annual basis. Finalization of Annual Stock Inventory evaluation and reconciliation Reports.

As Associate Head of H.R & Sales Tax Departments
-Heading H.R Departments by providing inputs, guidance and assistance to H.R Executive in matters related with H.R Departments including E.O.B.I, Payroll, insurance, recruitment and short listings, matters concerning with H.R Policies and their Implementation according to rules and regulations and dealing and negotiations with Government departments etc. Coordination in all HR documentation (Appraisals / Appointments / Memos / Circulars).
