Management of accounts/finance department, ensuring timely preparation of financial reports, including annual, half yearly and quarterly statements as per Internal and International Reporting Framework.
Dealing with creditors, preparation of cash/expense budgets and management of cash & bank balances.
Cost related & operational reporting to Director Finance etc. on cost accounting functions and production activities e.g. cost/margin/profit analysis, budget/expense comparison, achievement/status of production targets, status etc.
Interpretation and analysis of financial statements, detailed financial reviews and Strength Weakness Opportunity Threats (SWOT) analysis.
Preparation of departmental budgets, assisted in finalization of Company Budgets and prepares variance analysis through budgetary controls & comparing them with actual cost and revenues.
Supervision of movement and reconciliation of stocks, account payables, accounts receivables, valuation/re-evaluation of fixed assets & feasibility of project.
Supervision of preparation of payments, receipts and journal vouchers and posting in cashbook and general ledger accordingly.
Conducted and finalized internal and external (statutory) audits appreciably.
Management of finance facilities availed by the company including arrangement and utilization thereof and liaison with banks in this regard.
Liaison with the production department to maintain optimum inventory of packing material as well as other store and spares items.
