Reviewed plans for structures in conformance with the Zoning / Building Code and issued Permits. Interpretation and application of ICC (Intern Code Council) codes for Building, Energy, Accessibility, Mechanical and Zoning codes. Designed Civil structures and was responsible for their maintenance. Structures included culverts, small bridges, aqueducts, retaining walls, drainage systems, water distribution systems, canals / channels. etc. Acted as Engineer in-charge for a city district in Balochistan State Government, Pakistan. Supervised the city along with four (4) subordinate junior Engineers, assigned job tasks to Sub Engineers, Engineering technicians in different parts of the district for efficient work. Inspected ongoing construction works to check the work completion schedules and the quality of work performed by the private / Government Contractors.
Oversaw maintenance of existing structures with the help of fourty (40) skilled / non skilled crew members for doing timely repairs and to take care of emergency works.
Directed the emergency relief operations in cases of breech of canals, floods.
