Familiar with Automatic Operation of ATS through microprocessor controller intelli 250 & 150, synchronization of normal & emergency sources, selection & design of Motor Control Centers & panel boards including rating of circuit breaker & contactors, control & power relays, selection of transformers, generators, surge arressstors and surge suppressors in different application, UPS(GE) from 10KVA- 500KVA

Job Responsibilities :
- Designing, installation, commissioning & testing of squirrel cage motors.
• Designing, installation, commissioning & testing of centrifugal pumps in different applications such as water, sewerage and process industry.
•Designing, installation, commissioning & testing of motor control units/centers(MCU & MCC) including the understanding of diagrams of power circuits and control circuits based on ladder logic.
•Monitoring, trouble shooting and maintenance of Control Panels of Motors used in Bore wells.
•Maintenance/Trouble shooting of submersible Pumps and related control circuits.
•Modification in the designs of existing control systems related to sewerage, potable water pumping stations and treatment plants as well as for buildings and installation of power distribution system for extended portions/areas/buildings.
•Preparation of project documentation including shop drawings and material submittals as required.
•Preparation system layouts, floor plans, details, single-line diagrams, riser diagrams, legends and schedules
Maintenance of LV/MV Switchgears.
•Monitoring step-down transformers and their Control at distribution level.
•Overall maintenance of slip ring motors of different ratings installed at different machines.
•Writing technical reports related to progress of work and occurrences of faults and its remedies.
•To maintain and update the record of Electrical materials and engineering tools and its distribution
