Provide high quality service by extending adequate and sound consultancy to travel trade and customers to ensure queries are converted to bookings that generate revenue.
Assisting with complex complaints, quality checks, training agents, tailor made packages, accurate closures, amendments, extensions, processing refunds and applying visas for Dubai arrivals. Establish and maintain professional and cordial relations with the trade to assist them in selling Emirates Holidays so that it becomes the first choice for their customers.
Immense experience and knowledge in handling royal family bookings and GCC market in peak season (specialized in Saudi market). Holding Emirates Holidays emergency line and providing high quality customer service to after office hours emergencies, complaints and issues. Handling flight disruptions to ensure all affected customers are assisted in every possible manner. Processing B2B and B2C bookings.
Initially assigned to recheck information filled online by customers against the actual booking to ensure all details are accurate as there was no scope of error handling such important documents. Being able to complete the task without even a minor error, I was entrusted to dispatch FIFA World Cup 2006 tickets and hotel vouchers to the right customers after doing a thorough check. Not even one shipment went the wrong way.
