*Having fair experience in fabrication processes of heavy equipments (heat exchangers, pressure vessels, columns…etc) that produced to different clients (ARAMCO, SABIC, WORLYPARSONS, SAMSUNG…etc) with different sizes and thicknesses (I worked in pressure vessels up to 155 mm thickness) and with different material (carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel)
*Provide leadership to perform and monitor the numerous in-line fabrication processes like plates marking, rolling, fit-up, welding, PWHT, hydrotest, blasting, painting and other activities that executed according to approved TPI by using different conventional techniques (SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW and FCAW) and advanced techniques (induction heating, bevel advanced cutting process, bevel advanced welding process…etc)
*Provide leadership to follow and implement the approved ITP, client standards, international standards and internal procedures
* Interface with clients to remove any obstacles, solve encountered issues, and to update the clients about their complaints and requirements status
* Lead NDT team to ensure the planning of the NDT requirements, execute the tests, interpret the results, and issue the final report according to the approved ITP and required standards
*Follow and ensure the achievement of the set quality objectives and KPIs
*Issue NCR reports whenever required, investigate, find out the root cause, take proper corrective and preventive action, and follow up the implementation until closing out the case, using 8D discipline
*Responsible for issuing and controlling the internal procedures, update the documentation system, and control the obsolete and external documents
*Managing weekly meeting with other departments to solve the encountered issues and follow the projects progress
