- Interacted with clients (client servicing) and ensured that their requirements are met with according to their needs
- Worked on existing strategies as well as developing new strategies and creating content for all the clients of the agency
- Ensured that Online Reputation Management is handled in line with demands of all the clients of the agency
- Approached Bloggers and Influencers and coordinated with them for Public Relation activities as and when required
- Gathered relevant data in order to prepare sales quotations to be sent out to the clients in a timely manner
- Preparation of Annual Maintenance Contracts whilst working in the Sales and Marketing division of the company
- Ensured that the queries of customers are dealt with effectively and efficiently through cold calling customers
- Identified new markets for market expansion and worked on contacting potential customers(lead generation)
- Developed a Sales Pitch to introduce the goods and services of the company to new and prospective clients
- Updating and maintaining a database consisting of clientele information in a systematic and organized manner
