Approving guest's credits upto specified limits & constantly surveying the entire lobby area for potential guest hazards & complaints.

Presenting guest orientation sessions for new arrivals. Developing and maintaining a database detailing such services and appropriate contact personnel. Networking with the providers of leisure, dining, and transportation companies to promote exceptional working relationships. Promoting hotel food and beverage facilities and recreational activities. Maintaining excellent condition of Concierge service areas.
