Was in-charge of handling a team of six UI/UX and Front-end developers for a strong engagement on an ongoing project with an Austrailian company for which we were playing the role of their offshore development team.
Was in charge of managing the account of the above said project, and was involved in growing the team from 1-6 members within an year of hard work and never give-up attitude towards commitment.
Also played a key-role in building the rich user interfaces, mentoring and training resources in the UI, UX and Front-end field.
