Gulf Taleed Commercial Services Company provides marketing and commercial services for key
multinationals brands such as (Phillip Morris International, Nestlé).
As a Consumer Engagement Executive, I'm managing a team of 24 promoters and supervisors, my
day-day duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Led consumer engagement teams to ensure excellent execution of consumer engagement
programs.
• Initiated daily market visits to interact with consumers and gather product feedback.
• Led the implementation of in-trade promotional activities and consumer targeted special
events within assigned territory.
• Trained promoters to develop and implement new tools of communication to create brand
awareness, spread brand values, establish, and stimulate loyalty of Company brands among
consumers.
• Gathered qualitative & quantitative data from the market and reported competitor's
consumer and trad activities to senior management, while recommending ideal action plans
to be implemented.
• Examined marketing material with the consumer perspective in mind to increase sales and
expand key client base.
• Managed BTL promoter's selection, briefings, and on-the-job training.
• Managed and maintained great relationship with east region's HORCECA outlets, starting from
penetrate new accounts, identify potential customers, negotiating deals to implementing
branding materials and conducting in outlet activation.
Identified and exploited new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
• Monitored customer accounts within the allocated sales area to ensure that sales potential is
fully exploited.
• Developed and maintained relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to
ensure that the company's maximum sales potential is realized.
• Maintained accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular forecasts to enable
effective forward planning.
• Maintained an awareness of company products and of relevant sales techniques to ensure
that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.
