I served at DVita Dialysis Clinics for 4 years as an Administrative Clinic Assistant. I have received certificates of appreciation and was named Best Employee three times, which I can prove. My responsibilities included assisting the entire unit, organizing files and processing paperwork, helping patients, coordinating appointments, and completing required documents such as insurance, medical reports, and supporting the attending physician. I also coordinated with doctors and patients regarding appointments, maintained inventory, communicated with other companies, supervised the washing of sheets, blankets, anesthetics, and pillowcases, entered outgoing and incoming inventory into Excel, and submitted daily reports to the direct manager. I was committed to continuously improving the patient experience and providing all necessary assistance.
