Gained broad knowledge on manufacturing processes of almost all types of springs on CNC machines.
* Worked at heat treatment and electroplating plant of different springs.
* Attained sound knowledge of manufacturing of mufflers for Honda CD70, CD100 & CG125.
* Established a layout for the finished parts, WIP and inventory implementing 5S and Muda (seven types
of wastes) Japanese techniques to minimize the waste and enhance the productivity.
