• Reviewed monthly progress invoices from subcontractors and prepared monthly progress invoices for
review by the design team and owner.
• Created monthly project status reports for clients and owners.
• Led and participated in owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor meetings.
• Managed core and shell, structural, landscape, and civil designers, ensuring that design deliverables
are met to facilitate construction activities.
• Participated and led the pull planning sessions with the designers and trade partners using Hoylu.
• Updated project cost control sheets monthly, ensuring that all project cost codes are within the budget
and highlighting any risks on the project risk register.
• Developed project cashflows and expected to complete (ETC’s) for each cost code.
• Reported to the Project Manager and engaged in extensive coordination of engineering drawing
approvals, procurement, production, and on-site material delivery.
• Worked with the site team to develop construction sequences and ensured risks were mitigated in
terms of schedule and quality.
• Performed stakeholder management by acting as an interface between vendors, contractors, and the
project team.
