Accountant (MM)
1- Prepare salesman van reconciliation
2- Prepare warehouse stock reconciliation
3- Prepare consumption reports
4- Creation of assets
5- Prepare local purchase order
6- Posting of invoices (stock, non stock & freight)
7- Month end cost centre correction entries
8- Month end accrual entries
Accountant (Payable)
1-Payment & Expenses which are directly posted in G/L
2-Reconciliation of Vendors Accounts (Stock & Non Stock items)
3-Make the Foreign & Local Payments
4-Make the Recurring Entries of Expense
5-Make Debit Notes
6-Open Internal Orders against new vehicles
7-Prepare vehicle expense report
