Infrastructure development projects
-Project Director of the commercial sector projects in Riyadh(Alwan Mall-Sawary Mall-joood Center-Remas Compound).
-Examine and inspect work progress at construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
- Prepare proposed drawings based on requirements.
- Check quantity as per Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
- Prepare monthly progress report.
- Coordinate work activities with other construction activities.
- Distribute site work to foreman and maintain projects schedule.
- Supervise, coordinate or schedule the activities of construction or extractive workers.
- Locate, measure and mark site locations or placement of structures or equipment using measuring and marking equipment.
- Prepare and distribute of work performance reports to all stakeholders as per
project communication plan.

8-Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for projects.
- Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that
may arise.
