Responsible for managing education-focused projects and partnerships. The work for these projects varies and includes contributing to or leading on the following activities: contract and budget development; reporting; coordination with Al-Futtaim group and Education programs; external partnership management, procurement; project implementation; cross-departmental collaboration; and permitting.
Handling all aspects related to Ajman University alumni, including assisting with all post-graduation requests, maintain a solid and verified database of all alumni with constant updates, develop new and engaging online content, Develop and implement informative communications and programs designed to keep alumni, employees and the public audience of initiatives and policies of the office and the university, assist with marketing and publicitymaterials, including print and online promotion.
My role involved strategically formulating the marketing plan and selecting advertising channels to enhance brand awareness. This includes defining target group profiles and devising effective outreach strategies within the marketing plan. Collaboration with academic and administrative management is crucial to enhance and update policies related to marketing and recruitment. The role required coordination and implementation of diverse programs and marketing strategies for local admission initiatives and special events. Interaction with advertising agencies, print houses, designers, and suppliers is a key aspect of the role. Additionally, the position involves coordinating university participation in college fairs, organizing large-scale events, representing the university at various functions, and actively engaging in public relations efforts. The preparation of reports, proposals, and handling inquiries, as well as the development and monitoring of materials for recruitment and retention programs, are also integral to my role.
