 Develop standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products or materials.
 Interview, select & train warehouse & supervisory personnel’s, manage training issues, motivating team & setting objectives.
 Review invoices, work orders, consumption reports, demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods & to issue work assignments, arrange for storage facilities when required, & maintain warehouse on a FIFO System.
 Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions, designed a new delivery model to support ambitious business growth.
 Schedule and monitor air or surface pickup, delivery, or distribution of products or materials. Issue shipping instructions & provide route information to ensure delivery times & locations are coordinated.
 Evaluate freight & inventory costs associated with transit times to ensure that costs are appropriate.
 Track & trace goods while they are on route to their destinations, expediting orders when necessary, all accounts affairs, in time banking, monitor & control market receivables. Work on sale returns, random visits of areas to make sure smooth booking & supplies.
