Pakistan and reporting in England, locally responsible to give presentation to Country Manager & Directors for running projects. Area of responsibilities covers:
•Liaises with and acts as local point of contact for other CBRES (Chevron Business Real Estate Services) Regional/Global functions regarding business initiatives and activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery and implement best practices and standards.
•Planning and cost estimation, execution of all new projects.
•Develop plans for periodic and preventive maintenance.
•Accountable for preparing and executing the local operating budget, capital expenditure budget and recoveries. Works with CBRES AFPK Business Coordinator regarding budget development and monitoring.
•Partners with local HES and CBRES OE/HES/EM to develop and implement the provision of life safety training, site inductions, site emergency preparedness (in conjunction with Landlord where applicable), assists with OPCO business recovery/Crisis Management planning as appropriate and ensures local integrated crisis management/business continuity plans are in place, regularly reviewed and executable.
•Is responsible for continuous, safe and reliable facilities operations and the provision of CBRES core services. Core services include but are not limited to repairs & maintenance, cleaning, facility security, life safety, utilities and energy management, waste management & recycling, landscaping, parking management, furniture management, space planning & design, move coordination, conference room management, audio visual support, reprographics and copiers, mail & courier, reception and switchboard, information management & archives, pool cars & drivers, travel.
To officiate in the absence of terminal manager.
•To give protocol to foreign delegations.
•Develop and implement plans for planned major shutdowns and unforeseen shutdowns.
•Liaison with Govt. agencies for approvals to run smooth business.
•Implementation and maintenance of safety/health/environment, and quality systems.
•Training of employees for ISO 9001-2008, HES and Operational excellence.
•Internal audits of different locations for HES, OHSAS 18000-2007, and EMS 14000-2004.
•Preparation of emergency response plans, contingency plans and emergency response drills.
•Implementation of Lose prevention system Programs at PRL and NRL LPG terminals.
•Maintenance of gas terminals including carousal filling machine (previously), Semi automatic Siraga cylinder filling machine, filling pumps, manual filling area, evacuation units, compressors, fire fighting system and hydro testing machines.
•To manage fleet maintenance and scheduling/ routing throughout the country for routine trips.
•Develop journey plans for bowzer movement.
3) Before LPG I have been working at Chevron's refined petroleum products Terminal, Kemari Karachi.
•Management of unionized workers.
•Receipt handling of HSD, PETROL, FURNECE OIL, JP-4, KEROSINE and HIGH OCTANE BLENDED COMPOUND through ocean tankers, pipe line and via tank trucks from Pakistan refinery National refinery.
•Distribution of above mentioned products through tank trucks, 200lts drums and 15lts jerry cans.
•Daily reconciliation and Storage of same products in vertical fix/floating type roof tanks and horizontal settlers.
•Filling of tank trucks and box vegans through accuload meters.
•Calibration of tank trucks through water calibration cattle.
•Maintenance of company owned tank trucks/trailers.
Completed MS in Environmental Management in December 2015 with 3.44 CGPA
Executive MBA in General Management
4 Years degree program with 40 Subjects.
Passed in A grade.
