My current job since March 2015

Part of Managed Services team responsible for International Gateway and C4 network. The network
consists of Softx3000, UMG8900, SE2300 and Huawei IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem).
Handling Trouble Tickets related to C4 and C5 issues.
Troubleshooting interconnection issues with peer LDI operators/Business Customers using Knowledge
of SIP, SIP-I, SS7, Q.931 and H.248 Protocol.
Providing support to customer related to interconnection issues with international VOIP/LDI
operators.
Responsible for IMS handover from Project team to Managed Services team.
Working in Professional Employers, as Core Network Engineer Feb 2014 - Feb 2015
Installation and commissioning of Huawei Core Network equipment including Softswitches, Media
Gateways, Session Border Controllers and Lan switches for Telenor LDI Project.

MSoftx3000 and peer LDI operators.
Creation and modification of Performance tasks for traffic KPIs according to Customer requirement
on M2000.
