• Providing administrative aid for various projects related to market, which includes project meetings schedule, minutes of meeting, transcribe notes and compose memos.
• Give a handing help in issues relating to government permissions such as getting special approvals within the free zone (JAFZA), arranging for Food-handler’s pass for the sale.
• Providing assistance in terms of logistics to events like seminars and trade shows.
• Serving as liaison between advertising agencies and the company, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services.
• Coordinating catered events for client visits and staff events along with dinners, beach, parties, luncheons, picnics, and clubs.
• Making contracts and negotiating with external parties.
• Organizing corporate events such as launch parties and press conferences.
• Supporting the sales teams as and when required.
• Give support in market research.
• Liaising with the sales team and the local PRO to get the necessary permission to run various promotions and other marketing activities.
• Manage the logistics of international and local arrivals including schedules, flights, hotels and orientation activities.
• Processing of new employment visa, medical, visa renewal, medical insurance renewal, JAFZA card renewal and track progress.
• Handling of employment separation starting from Employment Exit Interview till final settlement and exit of the employee.
• Notifies the employees regarding their passport renewals, medical insurance card renewals and visa renewal.
• Prepares certificates such as employment, salary certificate, no-objections letter and other HR correspondences.
• Prepare meaningful and accurate reports or documentation to support the effectiveness of the HR Department including faculty and staff resource reports.
• Accomplishment of Assignments and projects with extensive follow up.

• Preparation of specific quotes generated by the technical sales and account management team or from standard price lists which involves the integration of product, professional services and managed service components.
