Sales and Technical support for H.V substations equipment up to 400 KV, AIS Substation Equipment ( Live&Dead Tank C.B's, Disconnect Switches, C.T's, V.T's, M.V Switchgear ...etc.) and GIS Switchgear for GIS Substations, Protection and Control Equipment for both Types.
Same as for ALSTOM Equipment in additon to Power Transformers up to 400 KV and 500 MVA Power rating which was the same with ALSTOM and it was missed in ALSTOM.
During the 2ND Gulf War, I was responsible for the Trouble Shooting and Minor Repairs in All Power Plants Mainly Doha West, Doha East & Shuaiba North and South Power Plants in addition to similar activities in my Job in the Substations Construction Department.
Also, I was the MEW representative with BEI Engineering The Official CORP of Engineers Official Contractor for the Power Restoration to Kuwait .
After the Power was restored to all Kuwait, I worked in the Design Department to prepare the Scope of Work for the Substations Rehabilitation Program Tenders . After the Contracts were awarded, I resumed my work at the Substation Construction department as a substation construction engineer
As a Chief Engineer & Project Manager for the 6th & 35th Brigades and Kuwait Naval Base Projects - Kuwait: which includes the Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning; Operation and Maintenance of the following Systems :
3 MW, 11 KV Diesel Generators, 500 KW, 11KV, 50 Hz / 6.6 KV, 60 Hz Frequency Changers ., Telemetry System, Fire Alarm & UPS Systems, 11 KV & 6.6 KV Switchgears, M.V & L.V Power Cables, Control & Protection Panels, Automatic Synchronizing System, 415 V 50Hz, 450 V 60 Hz systems (Substations. & shore to ship connection boxes) and L.T. Main and Sub-Main switch boards.
Leading a team of other Electrical and Mechanical engineers;coordinating the work of teams of engineers and technical personnel; responsible for negotiating subcontract/supply agreements; supervision of equipment installation; pre-commissioning tests and commissioning tests; projects and activities scheduling; progress reports; performing market feasibility studies, estimated budgets and annual order intake; Additionally, preparation of bids proposals for new tenders and RFPs.
Leading a team of other substation construction engineers responsible for the supervision of equipment installation; pre-commissioning tests and commissioning the Substations up to 380/132/33/11 KV Sub-Stations; coordinating the work of teams of engineers and technical personnel; projects and activities scheduling; progress reports.
I was graduated from Basrah University - Electrical Engineering Section with Rank : First on the section and I have accumulated the Highest Grades for the last Three Years in all the Engineering College Sections and I graduated with Rank : First on the Engineering College and My name was on the Board of Honors
