As a Senior Marketing Analyst, I plan our annual marketing budget and implement marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities:
• Developed and implemented marketing strategies in line with goals and objectives of the company.
• Annually developed the marketing Budget and plan in line with company's goals and objective.
• Developed and manage social media pages for Kirby on Facebook, LinkedIn and You tube.
 Increased the no of followers/likes on fakebook and LinkedIn by 20-30% year on year in the B2B landscape
 Development Social media post
 Developed and executed paid brand awareness campaigns for both LinkedIn and Facebook
• Developed Go to Africa Plan
 Identified growing and stable economies in Africa.
 Entered the new market with exhibitions.
 Contacted various contractors before and during our visit to establish business connections.

 Market Research: Worked with the Market Research company to do the perception study of the Brand Kirby Building Systems.
 Design of Marketing Material: Improvement / re-design of existing Corporate brochure, Product brochures, Pre-qualification document, Technical handbook, Corporate presentation design and artwork.
 Website: Developed the wireframe, site map and look and feel for the new website.
• Initiated and managed the project for visibility of full sales pipeline from lead stage to the order signing stage.
 Prepare Monthly Sales dashboard, comprising of Quote Activity, Lost Quote, Order Intake, Shipment, Backlog and Production summary based on input received from various stakeholders.
 Track and report hit rate and target achieved YTM for each sales office
 Track and circulate Leads from kirby website and online database like Meed Projects, Ventures onsite and BNC Networks.
 Over 63, 100 MT were quoted in 2020 thru secondary sources of lead generation.
• Developed and implemented the customer satisfaction index process at every stage of the project i.e capture the contact details from won / lost customer, on receiving the approve drawing and closing of the project. Customer was contacted on all stages on monthly basis to capture their experience and if they had any difficulties/ complaint it was reported to the respective departments for solution. By doing this we increased our CSI score from 60 to 85.
• Developed the project slide show animation to showcase the projects completed.
• Responsible for the overall Events & Exhibitions from 2010 in MENA and CIS such as The Big 5, Dubai and World Eco Build, Abu Dhabi, Project Qatar, Build Expo Tanzania and Kenya, Turkmen Build, KazBuild, Baku Build, etc to generate sales leads for the local sales office and increasing the brand awareness of the company within varied business sectors.
• Development Yearly Marketing Collaterals like the generic calendars, stationary, VIP gift box for annual gifts to customers, printing of other marketing materials like the Corporate Brochure, Notebooks, Fliers etc.
• Managed and lead the team for central Customer Creation process.
• Developed and Design the Brand identity of Kirby Building Systems by standardization of design for all marketing and sales communication.
• Managed and planned Customer seminars in various countries across GCC and Africa as the part of Marketing Outreach program, hence creating a networking opportunity for the local sales team and to expand their customer base.
• Initiated and conducted photo shoots of projects across MENA region to develop a comprehensive library of the photographs of the projects completed.
