* Creating a baseline for preconstruction and construction timelines
* Follow up on a weekly basis with tracking, risk analysis, and key issue solving with recovery on a weekly basis.
* recovery during the pre-construction stage if required to be on track as per baseline without any delay for the next stages and critical stage.
* Design Stage Experience, follow up on a weekly basis using PROCORE as submission software with P6 as tracking for the following detailed:
01. Concept Design: stages from preconcept to masterplan, elevations, and renders
02. Schematic Stage: Stages: query summations, prepare permit packages, interior design, landscape, lighting, and FACAD
03. Detailed Stage: Sections and preparations issued for tendering packages as per the execution of projects.
04. IFC Stage: prepare the final issued construction package after issuing the IFT with query clarifications from contractors.
* Tendering Stage Experience, follow-up on a weekly basis using PROCORE as submission software with P6 as tracking for the following detailed:
01. Tendering float by sending an RFP to the contractor
02. Tendering return by received pricing and query from contractor and extension of bidding with receiving final pricing from contractor as per
tender package
03. The contractor is awarded as per the comparison sheet and prepares the contract for construction.

* Tracking for 28 projects that were distributed as 11 under construction projects and 17 under development projects
(Preconstruction Phases)
* Planning for 28 projects for all phases.
* Having experience as preconstruction in residual: villas, apartments, and high-rise balding
* Mega project is RITZ CARTON Hotel, this project having key hotel 115 & 48 villas
❖Planning Reasonability
* Create a baseline from the preconstruction stage and as per PMP.
* Alignment with all departments for the project: development, procurement, design, GR, and construction
* Tracking daily with submittals using PROCORE and P6 as TRACKING SOFTWARE
* Weekly Dashboard shared with all departments to highlight main issues and time schedule status using PowerBI
