8. Apply the regulations and procedures set forth in the rules of procedure on the reluctance to attend and vacations and staff departures.
9. Set up the annual plans for staff training and development based on performance measurement and the need for it
10. Management of internal relations between staff.
11. Responsible for Personnel Officer and follow all the works of the Personnel Division.
