Managing Loading and unloading of freights as my responsibility as a Quality
supervisor
checking and verifying all shipping documents, shipping labels and purchase
orders to make sure the right expected goods are unloading.
Prepare all the needed information for expected goods on system to produce
required documents for inventory receipt, movement or shipping and verifies
product.

and initiate reports for improvement potentials
initiating repair cost calculations and works out statistics to do forecasting
within the quality area.
Planning and executing weekly Inventory cycle counts.
Managing and coordinates all activates related to the return of miss- shipped
freight, customer refusals overs, shortages and damages .
Daily stock count for received good to identifies inventory discrepancies in a
timely manner
Maintains inventory reports and freight documents for accurate paper work
Verifies all freight pulls, transfers, and movement of freight and orders
transaction
Initiate and plan inbound and outbound loads.
executing all inventory and quality reports to enhance quality at optimal level at
facility.
Coordinates with operations and transportation departments to ensure the
requirements are met on time met.
Guide and provide the needed regulation for Inspecting of an inbound, outbound
containers and shipments as per the inspection criteria and coordinate with
other team members for the picking, replenishment and operations.
Maintenance storage area by organizing floor space adhering to storage design
principles recommending improvement.
Coordinates with operations and transportation departments to ensure the
requirements are met on time met.
