• Performing profitability and return analysis on Capital Market, Derivatives and Hedges.
• Monitoring and analyzing Treasury financial statements.

• Treasury Responsibilities:
- Ensure the coordination of the statutory audit, year in year out, and resolve all possible queries
- Ensure the efficient management of company’s bank accounts
- Ensure the company’s banking operations; seeing to it that all funds are appropriately banked ensuring efficiency and returns
- Reconciling of bank statements against the GL, and clearing accounts assigned
- Check and verify cash transactions; and also investigate and propose possible resolution for any discrepancies
- Responsible for interest and debt analysis.
- Take care of the cash management system of the company and their payment mechanism.
- Responsible for following up on financial proceedings, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Insurance Responsibilities:
- Process and renew the exciting insurance policies.
- Take care of any claim arise form any unfortunate event.
- Obtain information from brokers to verify the accuracy and completeness of information on the renewal of the exciting policies or in case of claims.
• Planning and Budgeting:
- Assist the Senior/s with the planning and budgeting process.
- Ensure all budget accounts are following the overall budget and not exceeding the annual financial budget.
- Planning and budgeting information.
• Consolidation of accounts:
- Consolidations of accounts on quarterly and annual basis for the statutory auditors.
• Management Accounts Preparation
- Produce monthly management accounts and provide comments on variances for management reporting.
- Undertake forecast variance analysis at agreed intervals during the year.
- Improve financial status by analyzing results, variances and recommending actions to management.
• Provide financial information service to management
- Produce reports for the Chief Financial Officer. - Produce reports for Executive Group.

- Providing the average cost for the bill of materials for other departments.
