Role Handling Purchase order from our clients
Roles and Responsibilities
•Receiving orders through fax
•Analyzing the fax received, then we have to find the correct account number for the
Customer with matching shipping and billing address.
•Check for the special instructions on the purchase orders
•Have to enter the requested item with correct quantity and price in the Mainframe
•Finally process the order and send the order confirmation to customer via fax or email
