 Obtaining new enquiries customers.
 Analysing customer requirements, feasibility, studying casting/machining drawings, material specification and casting process.
 Getting quotes from suppliers and machine shops.
 Cost working according to current market.
 Providing quotations to customers.
 Obtaining Purchase orders from the customers.
 Providing Purchase orders to the suppliers and machine shops.
 Ensuring timely delivery of castings to our end for Quality inspection through continuous follow ups/communication.
 Carrying out Dimensional and Visual inspection.
 Ensuring that quality castings are supplied.
 Shipping castings to machine shops for machining.
 Ensuring dimensions according to finished drawing and creating dimensional inspection report.
 Billing and shipping the castings to the customer end and ensuring timely delivery of finished products.
 Documentation like handling Material Test certificates, inspection reports, supplier bills etc.
 Keeping records of inward and outward material.
 Store keeping.
 Handling multiple customers and suppliers.
 Efficient communication with customers and suppliers.
 Motivating Suppliers to enhance and improve quality.
 Responsible for MOMs with suppliers.
