• Structural Engineer (management, design & construction).
• Structural Engineer responsibilities.
• Monitor technical submittals (design, material submittals, variations, RFIs, etc.):
• Plan all aspects of day-to-day activities.
• Provide technical support to solve construction problems as appropriate.
• Monitor project’s delivery against the agreed baseline, forecast productivity and key completion dates.
• Provide clear reports to the Engineer/SRE, as requested.
• Maintain awareness of project progress and support in planning staff mobilization/demobilization accordingly to ensure resource levels remain optimum.
• Manage the coordination and completion of all activities within budget and within scope.
• Oversee all aspects of the project set deadlines, assign responsibilities including design, material submittals, procurement, and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
• Confidently communicate in meetings, workshops and prepare weekly or/and monthly reports for upper management at a high level.
• Measure Projects performance using appropriate tools and techniques, report and escalate to management needed
• Delegate project’s tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
• Provide technical/commercial support and consult with all project’s teams as required.
• Operate a team of engineers with a direct reporting line.
• Resolve technical issues across the project as part of the day-to-day process.
• Monitor the production of workshop drawings, specifications.
• Well known of MEP structure requirements and interface with other disciplines.
• Undertake HSE duties and fulfill all responsibilities during construction.
• Working and coordinate directly with authorities to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope, quality and budget, and Establish a working relationship with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other all concerned parties within project to ensure all aspects are compatible.
• Lead and direct the project and enhance organization reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the perfect execution of project according to the time schedule.

Project 1 : Ramada Hotel Extension
Acknowledge in the available products/suppliers of our field.
• Study the tender documents such as drawings, specifications and bill of
Quantity.
• Prepare the shop drawings with aid of the auto cad operators.
• Prepare the material submittals for the project consultant.
• Prepare the take-off of the material for site.
• Coordinate services such as electrical and mechanical with civil work.
• Supervise and lead construction workforce throughout project execution
at the sites.
• Planning and monitoring of the project programs, site logistics and
manpower.
• Prepare the variations orders of the project
• Responsible for the construction work from infrastructure preparation till
completion and delivery.
• Performed inspections on raw material during preparation in accordance
with accepted quality levels.
• Performing final inspection and structure verification after construction
according to approved engineering drawings.
• Providing on the spot technical consultancy for problem solving and
decision making when required.
• Handling external communication and necessary formalities with sister
companies and subsidiaries.
• Prepare the as built drawings and maintenance and operation manuals for
the client.
• Handing over, testing and commissioning of the project.
